John Atkins CFP®
John is a Partner and Investment Advisor Representative. A native of West Virginia, he is a graduate of Bluefield State College and has close to 20 years experience in banking, trust administration and investment management. He obtained the Certified Financial Planner® certification in 2002. John serves on the United Way of Kingsport Board of Directors as finance chair and is also involved with the Ronald McDonald House in Johnson City. He is an active member of his church, Westminster Presbyterian, and he and his wife, Kelly, live in Johnson City.
Angie Chapman CRPC®
Angie is a Partner and Investment Advisor Representative as well as the firm’s Marketing and Business Development Director. She is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and has more than 20 years combined experience in marketing, banking and investment management. She obtained the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® certification in 2011. Angie has been involved in numerous community organizations including the Kingsport Chamber of Commerce, United Way of Kingsport and Second Harvest Food Bank. She is presently a board director and treasurer for Goodwill Industries of Tennesseee/Virginia and frequently writes a column on financial issues for the Kingsport Times News. Angie lives in Kingsport with her husband, Chris, and twin children.
Barry Bailey CFP®, AIF®
Barry is a Partner and Investment Advisor Representative. A native of Western North Carolina, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Central Texas and has more than 10 years experience in investment management, financial planning and firm leadership. He obtained his Certified Financial Planner® certification in 2001 and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation in 2007. Barry is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Kingsport and currently serves as president. He is also a graduate of Leadership Kingsport’s Encore program and serves as a board member for Netherland Inn/Exchange Place Association. He resides with his wife, Libby, in Bluff City.
Pam Rehart
Pam is a Partner and Investment Advisor Representative and serves as the firm's Chief Operations Officer and Chief Compliance Officer. A Bristol, Virginia native, Pam attended King College and graduated from Western Kentucky University. She has more than 20 years experience in banking and investment management. Pam is a graduate of Leadership Kingsport and currently serves as treasurer on the board of directors for the Kingsport Rotary Club. She and her husband, Mike, live in Kingsport.
